Yes, Kuhl Season Lawn Service has the appropriate licensing certifications through the Illinois Department of Agriculture to treat your lawn and we strongly believe that being a fully insured company is necessary to perform any task on a client’s property. This will provide the customer as well as Kuhl Season Lawn Service the peace of mind knowing their property is covered from any accidents.

For recurring services, customer invoices will be sent (via email if applicable) on the 1st of every month. We allow payments to be made through the 15th of each month to keep accounts in good standing and our services actively available. If services are not currently paid for by the 15th of every month, service will be paused until the account balances are paid. Cancellations are accepted and must be made 24 hours prior to date of service.

No, customer’s do not need to be home for our services since we send out invoices on a “1st of the month” basis.

Rain delays are not uncommon throughout the lawn services business here in the Midwest. Our goal will be to perform our services the following day if possible. Depending on the weather, weekend services may be necessary on occasion.

Service days will typically be Monday - Friday each week depending on the weather. Customer’s may request a certain day and time as well, as this will be accepted as long as scheduling allows.
